Deputy Prime Minister launches Corporate Doors at ISCOS 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner
Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Home Affairs, Mr Wong Kan Seng offcially launced Corporate Doors on 20th August 2009 during the ISCOS
20th Anniversary Gala Dinner held at the Marina Mandarin.
“I am pleased to launch a new initiative to mark the 20th Anniversary of ISCOS, as it looks towards the future to open more avenues for ex-offenders. Aptly called “Corporate Doors”, the objective of this initiative is to reach out to the business community in Singapore with a message to employ at least one ex-offender in their organisation.”,said Mr Wong Kan Seng.

The Singapore Business Federation received an appreciation award for their dedication to engage more than 15,000 SBF members to sign up to Corporate Doors.
"I wish to thank the SBF for coming onboard to help ISCOS further its cause and promote the Corporate Social Responsibility message among the private sector and enhance the inclusiveness of our community. I commend all the companies, from Small and Medium Enterprises to the larger organisations who have signed up, for taking the step to extend second chances to ex-offenders."
