Corporate Doors

Corporate Doors is about the business community coming together to provide second chances to ex-offenders. This social campaign is a joint effort by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and the Industrial & Services Co-operative Society Limited (ISCOS).

SBF has more than 15,000 corporate organisations under its wing and is the voice of the business community. ISCOS has been a co-operative aiding in the reintegration of ex-offenders for the past 20 years. It also has some 9,000 members (ex-offenders) in its capacity, and renders help through its programmes and services.

The significance of Corporate Doors is to campaign that each corporate organisation commits to hiring 1 ex-offender in their workforce. This is to ensure that the business community is responsible to partake in the social role of keeping the nation as one, leading ex-offenders to the right path through gainful employment.

This both helps the ex-offender to reintegrate into society, and to stay crime free through the responsibilities and roles of being employed.
